Terms and Conditions

If you plan to order a commission, please ensure you have read through these terms and conditions beforehand. These terms and conditions are subject to change so please check back before ordering.

Reference Approval and Payment
  • Commission requests won't be fully accepted until I have approved the reference photograph. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I don't think the photograph is of a good enough quality to create a good piece of artwork.
  • Upon approving the reference I will draw a rough outline of the piece and once approved, request a deposit, approximately a third of the final price, through PayPal invoice. Work on the final piece will not be started until I have received the deposit.
  • The commission won't be sent out until full payment is received. I will send a watermarked copy of the piece over Email/Facebook Messenger for approval before sending the final piece in the mail. Only two alteration requests can be made after this and any more will incur an extra charge.

Cancellations and Returns
  • If you wish to cancel a commission it needs to be done almost immediately after the deposit has been paid - 2 days maximum. If I have almost finished the piece the deposit is not refundable. All refunds will be made via PayPal. Refunds can't be made to another person, card or account.
  • In the unlikely event the artwork is damaged in transit, it will need to be returned in its original packaging at your own cost and I will redo the commission free of charge as soon as possible.

Copyright  
  • I retain the copyright of all artwork I produce. You can share the piece on your social media accounts, however do not to claim the piece as something you made or mass produce the piece for profit, such as selling of prints.
